Privacy policy

MRIPrices (mriprices.fyi) collects as little as the site needs to run. We never sell personal data.

Account data

When you sign in we store your email address and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your address to us; we do not see your Google password.

Claims and listings

Claiming a hospital listing asks for an email at the hospital's own domain (or a manual review) so we can check you speak for that hospital. Listings you submit and edits you suggest are stored with your account and shown publicly as part of the directory, which is the point of submitting them.

Billing data

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep the subscription record Stripe reports back (plan, status, billing period) so we know which hospitals carry a paid tier. Our terms describe the plans, and our refund policy describes cancellations.

Your data

To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, write to support@mriprices.fyi. Public listing content you submitted stays in the directory unless you ask us to remove it.
