Terms of service

MRIPrices (mriprices.fyi) lists hospitals in the United States with the cash-pay MRI prices read from each hospital's own machine-readable price file. These terms cover everyone who uses the site, and the paid plans for owners who claim a listing.

The listing data

Hospital names, addresses and phone numbers come from the CMS hospital roster. Prices come from the machine-readable files hospitals must publish under the federal price transparency rule. We publish what those files say and never invent a price; a listing without a parsed file honestly shows no price. If a price on a page differs from the hospital's own file, the file wins and we will fix our copy when you tell us at support@mriprices.fyi.

Accounts, claims and submissions

You need an account to claim a hospital listing, submit a new one, or suggest an edit. Claim a listing only if you are authorized to speak for that hospital; claims are verified by an email at the hospital's own domain or by manual review. Keep your submissions accurate and do not post anything unlawful. We may remove content or close accounts that abuse the site.

Paid plans

Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; changes apply at the end of the current billing period. Current prices and plan features are on the pricing page. Billing is processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
