Refund policy

MRIPrices plans are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your hospital keeps its paid tier until then. Plan changes made in the portal also apply at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We do not refund partial periods unless the law where you live requires it. If you believe you were charged in error, write to support@mriprices.fyi with the email address on the account and we will look into it.
